1. Who we are
Tile Match 3 is published by MD036 Studio. We build casual puzzle
experiences and operate the mobile app listed under the bundle ID
free.md036.ios.tilematch3.
2. Information we collect
- Diagnostic & device data: device model, OS version, language, coarse location (country/region), and session timestamps for crash analysis and performance tuning.
- Gameplay telemetry: anonymous identifiers used to track level completion, booster usage, and feature adoption so we can adjust balancing.
- Advertising data: AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may collect resettable identifiers (IDFA/AAID), approximate location, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads.
We do not collect payment information, contact lists, or precise GPS data.
3. Why we process data
- Operate core gameplay services and maintain save data.
- Improve level design, difficulty curves, and stability.
- Serve contextual or consent-based personalized ads.
- Meet legal obligations (e.g., responding to regulator requests).

5. Consent & ATT
On iOS 14+, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization before using the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). You can decline; the game remains playable, and only contextual ads will be shown. Consent decisions can be changed anytime by heading to Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your device.
6. Data retention
Gameplay telemetry is stored for up to 24 months. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer for trend reporting. Ad networks follow their own retention schedules—refer to partner policies above.
7. Your controls
- Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Disable personalized ads in AdMob via the in-game consent pop-up.
- Request data deletion by emailing our support address below.
8. Children’s privacy
Tile Match 3 is designed for players aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
